About the project
Signing a traditional contract usually means printing the document, signing it, scanning it and emailing it back — then repeating the whole process on the other side. Days lost over a formality that should take minutes.
eContract moves the entire flow online. A company builds its contract templates once, with fields that auto-fill with each client’s data. At signing time, the client receives a link — no account, no install — opens the document on their phone or laptop, reads it and signs. The final PDF carries the applied signatures and a cryptographic fingerprint that guarantees the document hasn’t been altered afterwards.

Every signed document gets a cryptographic fingerprint for integrity checks: any later modification of the PDF can be detected.
Auto-fill by tax ID
Profiles for individuals and companies, with company details pulled automatically from public registries by tax ID — legal name, address, fiscal registration.
Every contract in one place
Central archive with each contract’s status — draft, sent, signed — with search and quick access to the final PDFs.
Automatic email at every step
All parties are notified automatically on sending and on signing, and the final document lands in everyone’s inbox.
