About the project
Small and mid-sized clinics usually juggle paper agendas, Excel files and separate tools for invoicing and patient communication. The result: double bookings, costly no-shows and front-desk time lost to admin work.
MediNote brings everything into a single multi-tenant platform: each clinic manages its appointments, patients, medical documents and invoicing in one place, with strict data isolation between clinics and GDPR compliance for health data. The platform also works for salons and studios, with terminology that adapts automatically to the business type.

Calendar and online booking
Calendar per doctor and per service, with day and week views, public online booking for patients and per-clinic availability management for every specialist.
The complete patient file
Consultations, medical history, signed consents and attachments (lab results, imaging) stored privately and accessible only to the clinic’s authorised staff.
Integrated tax authority invoicing
Automatic PDF and UBL 2.1 XML invoice generation, submitted directly to the Romanian tax authority (ANAF e-Factura) via OAuth — no manual exports.
Automated SMS and email
Appointment confirmations and reminders sent automatically by SMS and email, significantly cutting the no-show rate. Each clinic controls its own message volume.
Direct access for patients
Patients see their appointments, documents and results online, and remote consultations can run over video, straight from the platform.
Full laboratory module
Test catalogue, sample-collection worklists, result validation by authorised staff and delivery of reports to patients by SMS, email or portal.
